Kickstarter Driver Survey Help

We will be using our online store to collect your shipping address and any specific product information that may be needed. The following instructions will help with survey completion: Step 1: Wait for your survey notification from hello@metmocube.com or notification@crowdcontrol.co .(This message will be sent to the email address associated with your Kickstarter account so be sure to check your spam folders.) Open up Kickstarter and have a look at what you pledged for too. This will be handy for matching everything up with our new survey system. Step 2: Once you receive your survey, click the button that says ‘click here to start’ Step 3: Confirm your rewards by selecting your Driver colour and any add-ons. Step 4 (Optional): Browse the exclusive Kickstarter add-ons and add any extras to the cart that you'd like. Anything you add on at this point will all have free shipping! This is the last chance to get any add-ons. Scroll to the bottom of the section and hit next to go to the check out. Step 5: Complete the checkout process as normal by entering your; name, address, phone number etc. We use this as the shipping address so please double check it before checking out. Step 6: Complete your order! You have now sent us everything we need to be able to build and ship you your Driver! You will receive a confirmation email once you've completed checkout for your survey. Do not share your survey link as it is specific to you and your pledge. If you start filling out the survey but do not finish and do return to it at a later time, you will have to go to the MetMo.co.uk store, go to the cart and delete the items in the basket, then follow the link from your email again. If you have problems after clicking the link in the email, where things are not displaying properly, first off try doing the survey using a different browser we have noticed some issues with firefox and some others have had problems with other browsers depending on plugins, if that doesn’t work try opening it in an incognito or private browsing window. If none of those work just drop us a message and let us know you have tried these 2 steps. Free Shipping for MetMo Store add-ons Nice little bonus time... all extras added on through our store will have FREE SHIPPING! So this will be your last chance to make sure you add on any upgrades, pouches or extra Drivers to your pledge. Note: If when completing the surveys you get confronted with a small charge or it has charged you postage, you can either go back to the store and set the store currency to GBP in the footer where there is a drop down, alternatively if that doesn’t work if you just check out anyway and we will refund you the small charge and the postage charge. We are only charging extra for any addons in addition to what you have already backed and are not charging anything extra on top of your original pledge I will explain why in more detail below. This bit's very important! Reply to your survey before the 15th July to ensure there is no delay to your shipment. This makes sure we get all of the correct materials on order and components commissioned in this main wave. I'm Kickstarter backer 388. I completed my survey and paid for my add-ons on 22 June. Now I've received an email saying "We still need your information." I've checked my order status (order #3109) and noticed that no driver is included, just the add-ons. The survey form shows that my color choice (light) is confirmed, but I can't complete the survey a second time, because it says my cart is empty. Am I going to get my driver? If it's not part of my order, can you please add it in? Thank you.

It looks like your Driver has somehow been removed, most likely during the cart process, so at the moment the only items on your order are add-ons.

I will cancel your order and re-send your survey so you can fill it out again and ensure you get your Driver :)

I've just had a supposed survey email getting flagged and put into my spam account in Gmail and it's being categorised as a Phishing attempt. The posting above says that the survey email should come from hello@metmocube.com > but this one is instead coming from notification@crowdcontrol.co > .

Can you confirm if this is a legitimate email from yourselves or not? If not, someone has information about what I ordered.

We are using a system named Crowd Control to distribute the surveys so I wouldn't worry. However, if you're still unsure you can email us at hello@metmocube.com > and we can send you a direct link to your survey :)
