This fine chap is Geoff, and he's the one who creates our prototypes! He also helped us problem solve some production issues, and he helps us fix anything that needs manual machining or fitting that isn't suitable for CNC production. This includes parts of Grips and Helicos, as well as gold Drivers and Driver chucks! You can check out the making of videos here for the Driver and Pocket Driver.

With everything that Geoff gets up to both here at MetMo and in his own time, we thought you might be interested in seeing Geoff's workshop! What started out as a shed in the garden before being moved to a specially built extension at home, Geoff's been collecting for decades.
Geoff is a Project Engineering Manager in the automotive and aerospace industry, so his involvement in MetMo is all in his spare time! He also has a passion for model engineering, with a particular interest in live steam Locomotives. He's currently building a working 7/14 inch gauge scale model of an LMS 8F, to compliment an already finished and running 3 1/2 engine, amongst other things.
The love of steam stems from a young age when his father was a signalman on the now closed LMS line in Potton, Bedfordshire, UK. Now he's one of the foremost experts in locomotive designs from that era that ran on the LMS railway!

We know not everyone has access to a space like this at home so we thought it might be fun to take you around the workshop and show you some of the machines/projects/things!
Spot anything you recognise? Do you have a DIY cave? Do you want to share your workshop? Email us on hello@metmocube.com, or share in our space here on CubeClub!
Looks like you might require my organizing skills.. Will travel lol...
